Inside is a bright living space with a 65 inch TV, a well-equipped kitchen, queen bedroom, stylish bathroom and parking spot. *There is a separate, self-contained Airbnb apartment below. Both spaces have private entrances and operate independently, interaction between other guests is minimal. The only time you may see other guests is while parking.*

The lounge space is bright and comfortable. Offering a Samsung Frame 65″ OLED wall-mounted TV with Netflix and Prime, a coffee table, and a cosy lounge. There is also a split system capable of heating & cooling the room all year round.
The kitchen is fully equipped and guest-ready. Offering an induction cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, Nespresso pod machine, kettle, toaster, full-sized fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard and bench space.
The queen bedroom offers a comfortable bed with crisp linen, bedside tables/lamps, a wardrobe for your belongings, air conditioning and a remote-controlled fan. Features light-coloured carpet to give the bedroom a soft, relaxing feel.
Beautifully renovated bathroom with a spacious shower, bath, vanity, mirror and toilet. A compact laundry nook includes a front loader washing machine, electric dryer and washing line access as well as ironing facilities.
The apartment is normally a two-bedroom home; however, one bedroom (not pictured) will be securely locked for storage during guest stays. All other areas are yours exclusively.
There is a separate, fully self-contained Airbnb downstairs with its own private entrance. Interaction is minimal, similar to a small boutique apartment building.
